Ghana’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain presents her Open Letters to the Spanish Foreign Ministry

On Thursday, 2nd January, 2025, H.E Regina Appiah-Sam, Ghana’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain and Andorra presented her Open letters to Mr. Raul Munoz Beltran, Subdirector of Chancellery at the Spainish Foreign Ministry.

During the exchange of pleasantries, H.E Appiah-Sam thanked the Spanish government for extending to her warm courtesies on her arrival and conveyed greetings from H.E Nana Addo Danquah Akufo - Addo, President of Ghana to the King of Spain, His Majesty Felipe VI , the Prime Minister and the Government of Spain. She further highlighted the longstanding and cordial relations between Ghana and Spain.

Mr Beltran in his response welcomed the new Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain and affirmed that the receipt of the Open Letters officially allows her to commence her duties as an Ambassador with few limitations until the Her Letters of Credence is presented to the King.
