The Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana to the Kingdom of Spain and Permanent Representative to UN Tourism, H.E. Kulsoume Sinare Baffoe, joined the Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Hon. Abla Dzifa Gomashie, to represent Ghana at the 69th Session of the UN Tourism Commission for Africa (CAF), held in Mahé, Seychelles.
The meeting brings together Ministers responsible for Tourism, Ambassadors and Permanent Representatives to the UN Tourism Organization, senior government officials, and development partners from across the continent to discuss strategies for advancing tourism in Africa, with particular emphasis on human capital development, sustainable tourism, investment, and innovation.
Ghana’s participation underscores the Government’s commitment to strengthening regional cooperation and promoting tourism as a catalyst for economic growth, job creation, and sustainable development across Africa.
