H.E. Kulsoume Sinare Baffoe, Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana to the Kingdom of Spain, participated in the 5th Ministerial Conference on Feminist Foreign Policy: Building Peace and Democracy, held in Madrid, Spain, on 2nd June 2026.

The high-level conference, hosted by the Government of Spain, brought together Ministers, Ambassadors, representatives of international organizations, civil society groups, and development partners from across the world to discuss the role of gender equality, women's leadership, and feminist approaches in promoting peace, democracy, sustainable development, and effective multilateralism.

The conference focused on strengthening women's participation in decision-making processes, advancing human rights, promoting inclusive governance, and mobilizing political and financial commitments towards gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls.
