H.E. Mrs. Kulsome Baffoe, Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana to the Kingdom of Spain, participated in the 16th Diplomatic Council Meeting of Casa África held in Madrid.
The meeting provided an important platform for dialogue between African Ambassadors accredited to Spain and Spanish institutions engaged in Africa-Spain cooperation.
During the discussions, participants reviewed Casa África’s 2025 achievements and exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in areas such as education, youth development, climate resilience, digital transformation, innovation, migration, culture, and economic development.
In her intervention, H.E. Mrs. Kulsome Baffoe welcomed the efforts of Casa África in promoting stronger Africa-Spain relations and highlighted the importance of expanding cooperation programmes to reach more African regions.
The Ambassador emphasized the need to ensure that initiatives and partnerships translate into concrete opportunities for young people, students, entrepreneurs, and future leaders across the African continent.
She further underlined the value of education, capacity building, innovation, and people-to-people exchanges as key pillars for sustainable development and stronger Africa-Europe relations.
The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment from all participants to continue fostering dialogue, cooperation, and strategic partnerships between Africa and Spain.
